Our Vision is to develop a unique precinct for various Agricultural and Industrial businesses, particularly those that require large buffer zones to create separation distances from sensitive land users.

Although there is pressure to locate such businesses off the Swan Coastal plain, and away for population centres, there are few locations that can actually accommodate them.

The acquisition of buffer zones can represent a substantial cost. By co-locating them on one site, the businesses can effectively share buffer zones, saving significant capital.

More importantly, with forest on 3 sides and a tree farm on the fourth, our site is not at risk of the urban encroachment issues experienced by such businesses on the Swan coastal plain.

Additionally, the direct frontage to Albany Highway provides an excellent transport connection to Perth CBD and Fremantle Port.

The businesses would also complement each other in terms of the requirements of power, water and waste disposal.
